1.Purpose and acceptance
Naqlia is an online service that lets road freight professionals publish and browse freight offers and available vehicles, and contact each other directly.
Registration requires acceptance of these terms and of the privacy policy. The date and the version you accepted are recorded with your account.
2.Nature of the service
Naqlia is a matchmaking tool. [To complete: company name and legal form] is not a carrier, a freight forwarder or a shipper, and is not a party to any contract between users. The service does not take part in negotiation, payment or the performance of the transport.
No guarantee is given that a contract will be concluded, as to the number of offers available, or as to the reliability of counterparties.
3.Account and access
The service is reserved for adult professionals acting for a company or for their own professional activity. You confirm that you are authorised to bind the company you register.
There is no password: you sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your e-mail address, valid for 10 minutes and usable once. You are responsible for access to your mailbox and for activity carried out from your account.
4.Content you publish
You are solely responsible for the content you publish (company profile, freight offers, available vehicles). It must be accurate, up to date, lawful and correspond to a real activity.
Your company profile (name, activities, location, contact details) and your offers are visible to other registered users so that they can contact you directly. You grant [To complete: company name and legal form] a non-exclusive right to host and display them in the service for as long as they are published.
5.Prohibited uses
You must not:
- publish fictitious or misleading offers, or offers you do not intend to honour;
- impersonate another person or company;
- collect the service's data by automated means, or reuse it for prospecting without the consent of the people concerned;
- harm the security or proper operation of the service, or try to access accounts that are not yours;
- publish unlawful or defamatory content, content contrary to public order and morality, or ship prohibited goods.
6.Relations between users
Transport contracts are concluded directly between users, under their sole responsibility. It is up to you to check the identity, registration, insurance and permits of your counterparties.
At present, [To complete: company name and legal form] does not check the registration documents (RC, NIF, NIS) of registered companies. A figure shown on a profile is not a verification.
7.Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it available at all times, but cannot guarantee that it will be free of interruptions, errors or data loss, in particular during maintenance.
To the extent permitted by law, [To complete: company name and legal form] is not liable for indirect damage, lost business or revenue, or disputes between users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8.Intellectual property
The Naqlia brand, the website, the application, their structure, texts and graphics are protected. No right is transferred to users, who receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
9.Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in the privacy policy, in accordance with Algerian Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data.
10.Suspension and account closure
You can stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to [To complete: contact e-mail].
[To complete: company name and legal form] may suspend or delete an account or content in case of breach of these terms, fraud or infringement of third-party rights, with or without notice depending on the seriousness of the facts.
11.Changes to the terms
These terms may change, in particular as the service evolves. Each version is dated. In case of a significant change, we will inform you and may ask you to accept the new version to keep using the service.
12.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Algerian law. In case of a dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent Algerian courts have jurisdiction.
